No Place, no pay
If you don't secure a place at your chosen university, you may be eligible to be released from your tenancy agreement.
Our No Place, No Pay policy is designed to give students additional peace of mind when booking accommodation before receiving final results.
Denied Visa Cancellation
If your UK visa application is unsuccessful, you may be eligible to cancel your accommodation booking.
Simply provide the required supporting documentation within the specified timeframe and our team will review your request.
Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions
£250 Rental Reduction / Cashback Offer
The £250 Rental Reduction / Cashback Offer is available on selected bookings for the 2026/27 academic year.
This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed for the 2026/27 academic year.
£200 Refer a Friend Offer
The Refer a Friend Offer is available for bookings completed during the promotional period for the 2026/27 academic year.
The Referrer will receive a voucher or rental cashback worth £100.
The Referred Friend will receive a voucher or rental cashback worth £100.
Rewards will only be issued once all eligibility criteria have been met. No cash alternative is available.
Referrer Eligibility
To qualify as a Referrer, you must:
- Be a current, previous, or future resident of UHM/Lulworth Accommodation with a valid tenancy agreement.
- Not be in rent arrears.
- Not be in breach of any current or previous tenancy agreement.
Referred Friend Eligibility
To qualify as a Referred Friend, you must:
- Not have previously held a tenancy agreement with UHM/Lulworth Accommodation.
- Complete a room booking for the 2026/27 academic year during the promotional period.
- Be enrolled on a course at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year.
- Check into the property at the start of the tenancy.
- Remain in residence under a valid tenancy agreement for a minimum of 42 weeks without cancellation.
The Referred Friend must email the relevant Lulworth Accommodation team within 48 hours of completing their booking.
The email must include:
- The Referrer's full name.
- The Referrer's email address.
- Confirmation of whether a voucher or rental cashback is preferred.
Book with 5 Friends and Unlock £3,000 Cashback
Students who complete a qualifying group booking to live together in the same flat during the promotional period will receive £500 cashback per resident after moving into the property, up to a total value of £3,000 per flat.
To qualify:
- All six residents must book accommodation within the same flat.
- All residents must be part of the same group booking.
- Each student must email Lulworth Accommodation within 24 hours of completing their booking.
Each email must confirm:
- That the student is booking as part of a flat booking.
- The full names of all other flat members.
Failure to follow this process may result in the group booking being deemed invalid.
This offer cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed for the 2026/27 academic year.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Refer a Friend Offer or the £250 Rental Reduction Offer for the 2026/27 academic year.
Lulworth Student Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace this offer at any time without prior notice. Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
Content Creator Programme
Participants may submit original photos, videos and other content for consideration.
All content submissions are subject to review and approval by the Lulworth Accommodation team.
Approved submissions will receive a reward of between £20 and £50 in the form of a voucher or rental cashback.
Lulworth Accommodation reserves the right to reject submissions, amend the programme or withdraw the programme at any time without notice.
No Place, No Pay Policy
To apply for release under the No Place, No Pay policy, students must provide one of the following within 48 hours of notification:
- A written rejection letter from their chosen university, college or UCAS.
- A screenshot of their UCAS status confirming required results were not achieved.
- Proof of acceptance to a new university through UCAS Adjustment.
Documentation must clearly show:
- The student's full name.
- The institution name.
- The admission decision status.
This policy does not apply where a student chooses not to attend university for reasons unrelated to examination results.
You must notify Lulworth Student Accommodation immediately of any issues, delays or concerns relating to your chosen University place, and in any event no later than 3 August 2026.
Lulworth Accommodation reserves the right to request additional evidence and to decline applications that do not meet the eligibility requirements.
Denied Visa Cancellation
Students wishing to cancel due to a visa refusal must provide official evidence of the refusal.
Evidence must be supplied in the form of an official refusal letter or correspondence from the relevant visa authority.
Documentation must be received by Lulworth Accommodation within 48 hours of the student receiving the visa decision.
Students must notify Lulworth Accommodation immediately of any issues, delays, refusals, restrictions or concerns relating to their UK visa application, and no later than 3 August 2026.
Lulworth Accommodation reserves the right to request additional supporting evidence where required.
General Promotional Terms
Lulworth Student Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace any promotion, incentive, cashback offer, voucher offer or programme featured on this page at any time without prior notice.
