3 Weeks Rent-Free Offer — Available on en suite room bookings made between 8am Thursday 13 August and 5pm Sunday 17 August 2026. Discount applied as 3 weeks' rent credited to the account. Limited rooms available at the promotional rate. Cannot be combined with any other booking offer outside this Clearing Offer.
Seaview En Suite Upgrade — Available on Standard En Suite bookings made during the offer period, subject to room availability. Allocated on a first come, first served basis. Lulworth Student Company reserves the right to substitute or withdraw this offer if seaview rooms are unavailable. Included as part of the Clearing Offer alongside the 3 Weeks Rent-Free discount.
No Holding Fee — Applies to all bookings, all offers, and has been in place since April 2026. Not exclusive to the Clearing Offer period.
No UK Guarantor — No UK guarantor needed if you pay your rent in advance. Alternatively, use our trusted partner, Rent Guarantor (rentguarantor.com), for flexible instalment options.
International Students — International students are welcome. A UK guarantor is required as standard; if one isn't available, students can pay rent in advance to remove this requirement, or use our Rent Guarantor service for instalment-based support instead.
